My presurgery stat was very similar would love a buddy

Highest Weight: 291 Pre Surgery: 266 Current weight: 258 I am 5'5 and my goal weight is 150.

Tomorrow is the day, am excited and nervous. I have lost 18 lbs since I started my preop diet. So today am having trouble sleeping. But I started this journey mo the ago can't believe the day is finally here.

lily, how are you doing?I am good. My surgery went great with my preop diet lost 22 lbs. I am still in liquids and I tend to feel weak. Traveled today to Dallas for a conference and plan to be in the office Thursday.

I have not taken Pain med since yesterday. I have been having some acid reflux. Is anyone taking something for it?

I am also 4 days post. Ian still on clear liquid. Try 1 part white grape juice with 3 part water. Take small sips at a time and focus on 1 oz at a time.

I am feeling a bit stronger still on clear liquids my surgery was on 5/20? How long before you went to full liquids? Would love to have a shake

I had my surgery on May 20th and I was nervous but the truth is that the Main discomfort has been the gas pain. Incision is healing nicely. Since I been home only used the pain med twice.

I lost 22lbs in 2 weeks. Only allowed protein shake and water.

I had my surgery in a hospital where I am a Director. Staff was wonderful. On my way home.

Had my surgery this morning. Am doings good Dr still has me NPO. AM STRUGGLING wth gas pain too. I have walked up and down hall going that will help. Glad to hear everyone doing well. On a good not lost 22 lbs on my preop diet.

My surgery is May 20th. I am a bit nervous. Am in McAllen, TX

I have lost 16lbs on the preop diet.

I am officially on day 14th of my preop diet. It has been hard specially when I have to come home and cook for family. I cheat on day 4th but got back on track. Each day I asks God for strength. 3 days away from surgery am excited and nervous.

May 20th also a week into my liquid diet. Good luck

My surgery is scheduled for May 20th if I have no more insurance hold up currently on my two weeks diet

Hi My name is Lily am 41 years old, I joined the group a few days ago. I have been struggling with my weight for years. 9 months ago I started this journey. Finally after going back and forth with insurance my surgery was approved. I am scheduled for May 20th, am excited and a little scared. I. Just completed my first week liquid diet. My Dr only allows the Atkins shakes and Water. My surgeon is Dr. DelPino. As I have read some post they have been very helpful I look forward to being able to also share with others taking this journey.
