One week post op. I'm getting in 64oz and my Protein with no issues.
Tips: Drink supper cold ice Water this will allow you to drink more in less time. It should go straight through your stomach. Feeling a little full wait 20m and you should have more room. Also it will help with the swollening in your stomach.
Second: use protein isolate non flavored. More protein in smaller amounts plus easier to digest. Mix it into the water so your getting both at the same time. The protein milk shakes will sit in your stomach too thick to run through to the intestines like cold water.
Extra: I'm taking two Multivitamins a day before bed and when i awake. Notice the difference in energy and not getting cold hands anymore
Lastly: I've taking two teaspoons of flaxseed oil to get in a small amount of fat so my body stays in ketosis and drink a little bit of juice for small amount of carbs.
