OK thanks guys I was freaking out

No one said anything to me until I lost about 50 lbs and to be honest when I look in the mirror I don't see the weight loss at all but when I post a side by side pic I see it. It is definitely mental

I am 5 months post op and this past week I have gained 5 pounds??? Has anyone ever experienced this. I think I am retaining fluid also my husband said he thinks it is from inflammation because I am working out more now.????

Yes I'm sorry I can have veggies very limited fruit no bread potatoes rice crackers etc

No carbs per dr lol just protein I'm dying for a piece of bread lol

The first three months after surgery I was doing fine with no carbs but going into month 4 I am struggling bad. Hellppppp!!! Lol

Babbs you're probably right I was the same weight for almost two weeks

Is it possible to lose 4 lbs in one day or do I need to change my scale? It's supposed to be a good one but I just can't believe I lost 4 lbs in one day.

I am on stage 3 soft foods/puree and I have no clue what to eat I am not a yogurt fan. Please help

Omg the pains are the worst I think mine lasted for about 8 days I was miserable always waking up in the middle of the night some times in tears

Today is day 16 since my surgery and I am craving Kix cereal for whatever reason is this ok to eat?
