Yesterday made 7 weeks and I think I have officially hit my first stall Can anyont give any advice on how to kickstart my weight loss? Try different foods maybe?

Thanks @jane13. Yea, I have an app where I literally enter everything I consume (mainly to keep track of my water intake). I've pretty much been sticking to an "Atkins" type of diet but also watching the fat content. I think maybe I'll try an extra 30 minutes of working out everyday to see if that helps.
