Ahhh, week 4 of liquid diet, last week yahoo, surgery on 28th. I will say one thing for the liquid diet, you can lose weight, lost 25 pounds on it. is there anyone else who had to do liquid diet for 4 weeks, if so how did you do on it, not too bad, but some days are harder than others. Good luck to all. -

Same surgery date if need a surgery pal let me know. Would love to share stories and stay in touch Hope you do well, i am on week 3 of liquid diet, i hope i never see another shake after i finish these last two weeks. All set up, saw surgeon yesterday, won't be long the 28th will be here. Wish everyone luck. -

update on pre-op diet. i am on day 11 now 17 to go. I am on opti-fast and straberry is the least favorite. chocolate and vanilla are alright, but i am so tired of all of them. The only other thing i can have is broth. See Dr. on 13 for pre-op visit and surgery on 28th. Wish everyone luck and happy mothers day to all the mothers. -

Started my pre-op liquid diet on April 30, have to be on it for four weeks, 5 down 23 to go, surgery is on the 28th. I am so tired of the shakes already -
