    Hey! I recently hit a stall lost 55lbs so far but have lost any lbs in about 4 weeks. However, I continue to lose inches off waist. I still have 45 lbs to go until I reach my goal weight. How r you doung? * haven't lost

    HW 247 SW 240 CW 190 GW 150 I have lost 50 pounds so far since surgery on May 27. Still have 40lbs to go until I reach my goal weight. However my GI doc wants my goal weight to be 140. It feels so good to be in the one hundreds. Have been this light in over 9 years. Congrats Michelle on ur weight loss success!

    @Sara51692. I see a psychatrist and therapist also for anxiey, stress eating. I thought after surgery my stress eating would end.. NOT. So since then my psychatrist has restarted me on 100mg of sertraline. It truly has helped me with my anxiousness and stress over eating. I strongly recommend seeing a psychatrist. But you are doing an amazing job. You have lost over 40lbs in the past 4 mths. Way to go!

    I recently had surgery on my leg. The suergy was very intisive which caused major swelling. I have gain 12 lbs since the surgery on Wed. 12 lbs is alarming to me (i was expecting only 5 lbs max gained) Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Should I be alarming by 12lbs. I was doing so great. I was selved in May sw 240 and I was down to 201 prior to leg surgery.

    Hello, I have rheumatoid arthritis and scheduled for sleeve on May 22. Anyone else with similar experience? If so any insight would be helpful. Also, I'm on 10mg of prednisone daily. My rheumatologist told me to continue it but stop methotrexate a wk prior to surgery.

    Hey Cindyluc! My doctor had me restart my methotrexate 25mg injector a week after my surgery. I am completely off prednisone now. But i am also on humera. Since getting sleeved in may my RA has been well managed. Only had 1 flare up since surgery. But i must say, the less I way the better my joints feel also. Best wishes to you!

    I have RA and was sleeved in May. I have lost 28 lbs, but in the past week gained 3 back as I started taking prednisone again. I had a terrible flare up. The RA makes it extremely difficult to work out when a false up occurs but when it calm weight loss and workout regiment is good.

    I'm 3 weeks post op sleeve. And that is still normal for me. I go str8 to stuff after 3 or 4 spoon fulls. Try waiting longer in BTW spoonful.

    Hey! Sleeved may 27. I have started pureed foods. Only 2 or 3 bites and I'm full. Things I'm loving Gas pains finally gone!! I have lost 22 lbs :-) Arthritis pains already starting to feel better Dislike Hard time getting all protien in I am really happy I did wls. And so glad I found this site.

    Thanks. Tried gas x plus still walking frequently...but gas pain is still there :-( I'm 6 days post op, so I am hoping this pain will end soon. It hurts so much until I don't want to eat or drink. And when I do my deep breath exercises it hurts worse.

    2 days post op and experiencing painful gas. Dr can't prescribed anything for gas, tells me to walk. So I am walking every hour. I wanted to ask did anyone else experience this? If so when did gas pains pass?

    Awesome! So happy for you! I was sleeved on May 27. Weighed 240 morning of surgery and this morning I weighed in at 228 :-) still having gas pains but I am happy I had the sleeve done!

    I have had 2 c sections and sleeved 4 days ago. Sleeve recovery pain is way less than c section recovery pain. If u have had a c section, then u can do sleeve recovery.

    I was sleeved on 5/27. I have been having major gas pains. Your pain could be related to gas. I also have not pooped since surgery. I returned home today and was okayed by doc to take over the counter miralax to help with constipation.

    I feel the same way. I having no trouble with liquids. I am 2 days post op, so I am no where near solids. Besides the gas I don't feel any restrictions with liquids
