Hey I made some videos of my go to recipes since I have had Wls .. Hope you guys like them as much as I do. I know I am always looking for new recipes so I thought I would share.

Peanut Butter banana Protein pancakes 1 overripe banana 1 cup low fat ricotta 2 each whole eggs 3 tbsp peanut powder 2 tbsp hemp hearts 1 1/2 scoops Protein Powder Whip the eggs and banana till smooth Add all other ingredients whisk till smooth Cook over medium heat in nonstick pan till golden on both sides

I went home the same day. Went in at 7 am last week and left about 5. -
I had surgery on the 27th and I am type 1 female 30 years old. I haven't had any lows but I keep going high. They told me to lower my basal rates by half but it's way too low. I don't have to take insulin for food anymore though so that's good. Hoping I can start getting my blood sugars more under 200 though.

Tell her to try the liquid diet and having surgery with incisions everywhere and see how easy it is... It's not easy.

Did you take those gas x strips they made my throat and roof my my mouth burn and itch so I stopped taking them -

I put everything in little containers with lids so it's measured out and ready to eat and i use little spoons from the kid section at target so I take smaller bites -
I am type 1 diabetic on a insulin pump and finding it hard to get my sugar under 300 ... Was sleeved a week ago so was wondering if anyone has been through this?

Thanks I keep correcting and slowly upping my basal rate but it's not budging -
I had surgery on the 27th just last Monday I was 278 and I am already 250 is this normal?

I'm always cold mostly after eating but for some reason when I sleep I get so hot that it wakes me up! Guess my body is just going through major changes. -
I just had surgery a few days ago and have been living on protein water and yogurt... I need ideas of other things to make for some reason only ice cold things sit well with me. Thanks. All ideas appreciated.
