Started at 420, vsg surgery on 5/6/15 and weighed in at 280 last I checked. -

Every doc is diff as said above, I started purée on day 3. I think you're in the clear -

I was not a fan, between the fish smell (which they say you can rinse out but after 4 rinses, it stunk up my whole house and was even worse after heating up) and the interesting texture, it wasn't for me. -

I'm May 5th too! I have been on a 12 day pre op diet of soup, nectar protein shakes, light vegetables and plain oatmeal lol. Very bland boring diet!
