i see my lap band dr every 6 weeks i weigh then tg or id be looking all day long,think its much better this way

hey christine id first go a few days with greek yogurt,or runny oatmeal,or runny mashed potatoes see how u do with that,i the greek yogert is really good i added honey to mine,then move on hamburger id wait till u is off soft food,even tho it would taste so good.im on my 3rd fill and have 9 cc in a 14 cc and im on soft food for a week now,whole foods havent been goling down to well,so im gonna do this a few more days gl

i was surp;ose to be 2 weeks but about 10th day i started some mashed potaoes and oatmeal and i was ok,some drs say its ok,really u be the judge i wouldnt go crazy tho

well i know whats working for me is no suagr free candy and walking 2-3 miles a day everyday i lost 11 pds this month,hope u get it to dan,i know i kinda got more than i really wanted right now but aint gonna compalin.keep up the good work

well dan glad that yr ok,had me worryed for a min there,when was you banded?how much have you lost,i was fine eating till this fill 9 cc in a 14 cc.my dr says 2 days liqujids 2 soft then food but i didnt listen went to food nxt day and i can eat but not very much,so i decided to do the qiquids now for 2 days i should have just done what the dr said,but i never had a problem eatin g till this fill.as it was i actually had alittle more but just tgo be on safe side she took alittle ok tg.this is first timne i eat half a piece chichen and im full.i hoping it eases up alittle tho.took me 2 days to eat my steak i kept saving it.i know lastmonth i lost 11 pds i stoped sugar free candy has 180 cal a piece,and i walk 2- 3 miles a day now.ive walked since the day i came home from getting my lap band,so n ow ive lostnear 40pds,and more each day now.good luck keep in touch all

wow i never knew they could put 17 cc in a 14 cc band,im at 9cc and i can hardly eat,have u had your band checked for leaks?seems like youd have found yr sweet spot by now?id have them xray it or check to see just doesnt sound right,and u can still eat all you want?i can hardly at all and i have 9cc

hey blklabmive gotten 3 fills in a 14 cc band and none have hurt at all.i felt nothing so dont get to worryed,i thought for sure it would hurt,but didnt at all,now with 9 cc in my band i have restriction big time,good luck

well i have restriction now,at 9cc not swure it will last b ut i havent been able to keep to much food down.but my dr did say 2 days liquids and 2 more soft than food.but i didnt wait i ate food and its not really staying down.so im back on liquids for another day with sugar free puddings,

wow i had to wait 6 weeks between fills,take it slow if i was you,2 fills right away might be to much, its weird how 1 dr will do them a week a part and others u dont wait at all

hey all got my 3ed fill today lost 11 pds this month anyway b- slimfast choc low carb l-tuna salad and 7 crackers d-noodles and got sick after i ate them,maybe i was just surpose to drink after fill,the water stays down so everything must be ok

its weird how each dr says differant stuff.mine wouldnt let us have mushies for a month after,and no soda ever.i didnt eat real food till i was 6 weeks after surgery.

why would a dr give u 5cc at 1 time?id be pisst off if i had to go back have it taken out,seems such a jump,but hope it works fopr u

i took diaraha pills to stop mine and its on the list u can take them
