maltese what size band do u have?how many fills have u had?if u dont mind me asking

i get my 3rd fill wed and i cant waittttttttttttt,it has never hurt me,and i just do it reg way.glad mine was easy to find after all the storys i hear of people saying it hurt glad mine was easy to find.wed plz hurry

im going for my 3rd fill wed,after my fill i havent been doing liquids or soft food for a few days,is it bad to do this?i usally that night just drink and nxt day go to soft foods?whats the reason for waiting to eat after a fill?also when will i know to go to less calories?is there a time period?like if u weigh lets say 300 how many cals should u have?is it differnat if yr 270 pds?someone plz help me with that

hey all,well ive been watching what i eat i get my 3rd fill wed,i cant wait,ive been walking 2 milkes a day,so 2 weeks ago i tryed on my black shorts and couldnt get them past my stomach.lol.i forgot to mention i had knee suregry last year and after it i gained 40 pds more,but anyway back to what i was saying so i worked hard this past 2 weeks and went out and got some jean pull on capris 1 size my size now and 1 smaller any way they didnt fit past my stomach the new ones.so i got out the black ones that didnt fit 2 weeks ago and guess what they went up,so even tho i was diaponted about the new ones the old ones finally went up.so im hoping when i get this fill i hear ive lost more,kinda happy but still sorta dispaointed.hope yr all doing better.i got to remeber this is only my 3 rd fill since oct coming up.so hopefully this 1 will help me to get them new ones to fit.take care all

also i saw some one say about hair loss.ive taken since day one the hair and nails vit with biotin in it 3 a day and no hair loss me

yeahi get my 3rd fill nxt wed,im so proud of myself i can walk 3 miles a day now.im hoping this fill helps me lose more,o yeah and dont eat sugar free candy most have 180 cal a piece

how many fills have you had?ive only had 2 and i only have 6 cc in mine,if youve only had 2 fills that is way to much for a 2nd fill? confused

its not diet coke its all pop or soda my dr says no carbonation ,to me wouldnt be worth the gamble,

also whats weird is my diet has us on a 1200 cal diet,if some people on 1000 or less i guess youd lose alot more faster,i dont understand the bigg differances.he told me your body can feel starved and then u wont lose much,confused

i think some dr give fills alot fast i was banded in oct and ive only had 2,if someone is on3/4 and some 5 seems thneyd lose alot quicker.no way will my dr let me get them every 7 weeks,disapointed

hey all just checking to see how everyone is doing?i got my 2nd fill and i feel it,my nurse told me when i get the 3/4 th one the weight should start peeling off,hope so.i was kinda disapointed i lost 1 pd when i went for the 2nd fill.she told me since it was christmas and all i should be glad,total is 21 since oct 20th.im hoping this nxt time march 4th shows alot more lost,hope alls doing well,nazzzy

iu had bcbs michigan i did the 6 month thing, diet,then they wanted my chart i didnt relize they counted the 6 months to be almost 7 so my dr put down was medically ness i was approved nxt day,if yr dr says that bcbs aprroves right away,went great for me,fills dont even hurt a but i was banded oct 20th ,got my 2nd fill 2 days ago and finally feel alittle rstrion.

well finally got my 2nd fill today i have 7 cc ina 14cc band,i stayed same weight,was kinda disapointed but she said its normal,she said untill my 3rd or 4th fill i probley wont feel much of being full,nxt fill march 4th seems so far away.ive stuck to the plan plus exersized everyday since i had the band,just hope things start to get better,was upset i didnt lose in 6 weeks from first fill,got to think good tho,good luck to all
