it took me 6 months because i had to have 6 months of nutritionist visits, psych evaluation and a meeting with surgeon and now waiting for approval

Just submitted to the insurance on Friday, waiting on approval, hopefully and prayfully I get a September date as well

Next friday is my final nutritionist visit/ wiegh in, I only have 3 pounds 9 oz to loose but I'm totally freaking out, I went to the gym today and I also went for a jog/walk, I'm Just so nervous Like i KEEP thinking crazy thoughts ,like what if I only loose 2 pounds not the entire 3 pounds n 9 oz , its only a little bit but ugh, its a requirement from my insurance, I have lost altogether in 6 months 30 pounds , this last basically 4 pounds should be nothing right ???

Has anyone tried the military diet, next month is my last visit before my weigh in, and I'm so nervous, and I have some weight , I still have to loose, so I'm curious to know , if anyone lost and how much

Here's my update, I had my labs done, my psychological evaluation, got a letter from my Dr recommending the sleeve, met with the surgeon and my insurance requires a 6 month supervised diet with the nutritionist, and I have to loose 5 more pounds, I just had my 4th month visit with the nutritionist and I have lost wieght, each visit, my last visit is the first Friday in August, I think it's the 8th or 9th, then I can submit to my insurance, the surgeon said since I continously lost wieght, I dont have to go on a liquid pre op diet, and the insurance usually approves within 2-4 weeks, he expects for me to have my surgery in September but could possibly be in August, im so anxious but nervous.
