I know what you mean. Some days or even times during a day I can eat other times food gets stuck. If you are experiencing reflux it could be that you have too much restriction. Eating in front of the TV or computer is a big no-no -- eat mindfully and know exactly what and how much is going in! -
You were beautiful before but are even more so now. I am in the process of getting my dr. eval/dietitian eval and now that my husband's insurance has kicked in, I can get on it. I'm so sad that I've been morbidly obese for the last 10 years and I yearn for my old body. It's been a difficult road. Thanks for inspiring me tonight!

I too find it hard to take compliments that are coming my way with a lot more frequency since my surgery. I don't have any advice to make it any easier but would entertain any ideas that come my way. Congrats to all experiencing success being banded. Starting weight: 305 Current weight: 195 Banded 12-11-07

Hey you it's me. I'm from Devils Lake ND. I think you are in my newstart class if im not mistaken...Good luck and speedy recovery to you! I get my first fill by the way on the 9th....soooo excited...pretty sure im ready for that step.
