I ordered a container of PF Chang Soup and it was delicious!!!! I plan to call them tomorrow and ask If they would sell me just a container of the broth. The Bariatric Soup packets were so bland....I can't wait till I can have the cream of chicken Cup of Soups. I eat them all the time and will love those!

HeatherL929 I had my surgery on the same day! Am also doing great. Not feeling too hungry and thankfully have had no reflux or nausea. I thought about adding a cream of chicken Soup today, but decided that two more days was soon enough not to chance feeling sick. My scale has only moved a smidgen in the last few days and truthfully I am waiting longingly for the day that shows a big change. We are just about on the same track....please keep posting your amazing progress! Rhonda5624

Josh....I think you are doing great! Don't worry about losing it too fast....enjoy the changes. I think a man loses weight so differently from a woman. I had my sleeve last Tuesday and really don't see a big change on the scale. With my luck, this will not work for me (LOL). If you are feeling good enough to do all of the activities list, great! Just remember to stay hydrated. Please keep posting your progress. I am looking forward to sharing mine too!

I am going to try to eat a little more of the Soup broth starting this afternoon. I am so ready to see at least some changes. You both are doing terrific! Just think how difficult it is to lose one pound without this surgery. To lose 5 lbs a week is going to make a remarkable difference very quickly. Keep up the great work! Rhonda4524

I REALLY CAN/T UNDERSTAND WHY MY scale HAS NOT MOVED! How is it possible to have not a bite of food cross your lips in over 7 days, and have 80% of your stomach removed...and not a pound shows gone on the scale? To make matters worse, I am so uninterested in chicken broth. I have had 2 sugar free jellos and a couple of popsicles. Other than that, I am only drinking water! I am so ready to see the scale move!!!

Don't get discouraged. Losing 30 lbs is amazing!!! What was the first added food you chose to eat? I am dreaming of a taste of mashed potatoes or apple sauce as I sit here recovering on day five. Can I tell you how much I hate watching TV? If there was ever a reason American's are overweight it has to do with the amount of commercials that are food related. Even during the thousands of infomercials on weight loss items like home gyms and exercise videos, there are dozens of ads for food. It's starting to be painful. Keep up the great work

Seems like I am one month behind you. Feeling great! Able to hold down all of the liquids I can have. Not the least bit hungry. Can't wait to add some creamed Soups, only because the chicken broth is not my favorite taste. Right now, nothing taste better than Water to me.
