Our support group here recommends buying bennifiber, put that in your water or whatever you drink! Also buying muralax, that's a good one too!!

Hello all, I am 6 days post op, today was a very disappointing day for me. We had a bbq and I totally gave in. I had a little of a hot dog, some chips, a little Soup, and some cucumbers... idk what the hell happend. I felt very little discomfort, no vomiting, nausea, diarrhea. There are days that I can drink over 32 oz of Water in just one sit in. Today I sit here feeling guilty, unknown of what to do. This might sound silly, and yet over dramatic but I don't know what to feel. Any advice as to why I didn't get sick or feel discomfort, why I kept eating as if I was still hungry. Help

Omg!!! @@Weighting2BeFree at the beginning I could drink 5 oz really fast, now....not so much I get super uncomfortable, and your right! I always remember that this is a tool to help me. This isn't my solve all problems.

Thank you sooooooo much, I truly appreciate your feedback. I was beating myself up all night. I didn't understand why I did that to myself. I felt the guilt eating at me all night. I took a hour walk and I still felt super guilty. I'm glad it's over, today is a new day.
