Just remember this: people want to see u do good, but never better than them. I'm going through the same thing, people around me saying stupid comments and want me to feel bad b/c i had this surgery done. Just dont pay attetion to them. ????
I was allowed to add soft canned fruit at 4 weeks. At 8 weeks I could add peeled raw fruit like apples and pears. I eat a small amount of fruit everyday now.
