    I'm a newbie from the San Antonio area! Banded on 2/17! Lost 18 since preop diet 10 of which has been post op. But have been stuck at that since the first week post op. Not rushing or worrying about that. I'm focusing on changing mindset about food first!! Hoping to connect with others through this journey!!
