Adding food back in, feeling like I am eating too much but my nutritionist says not eating enough...what a conundrum. First time in my life I am being told to eat more.
Years ago when first diagnosed diabetic, and working on losing weight, a Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) told me the same thing....not getting enough calories....who would have ever thought that! Your NUT knows..... smile
