Finally hitting the gym, which I admit I have been avoiding. I felt self-conscious and judged. I have been 3 days straight and crazy I know, BUT I LOVE IT!
hey bud- not understanding why you feel self-conscious?? you are doing great, 100+ lbs down - bet you look great, glad you are back at the gym (i don't go often enough) sounds like are aces like i remember you!! keep up the good work - kathy
