BLVD ACE

I had my lap band done about 3 years ago, i lost some weight but i have gained it back, even morethan my original weight from when i first got banded. In the past few months i have developed excess hanging fat on both sides of my front private area and on top, it bothers me so much, it feeks as if i have a footbal between my legs. What can i do about this, it hurts and i am desperate, would this be cosmetic surgery or a seroius medical procedure, please give me advise. I do have insurance and it paid my lapband 100%, i had already met my yearly deductible when i got it done. I am hoping my insurance will cover it since i dont have the money to oay fir cosmetic surgery.

I just got my lap band surgery on Monday 2 days ago, and I am having alot of truoble drinking anything, I take very small amounts of Water, juice, and atkins shake and I feel miserable, it hurts for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Any advice, will I feel any better, the doctor told me the band was on their really tight, what can I do??? <p>Today is day 5 for me, as of last night I was able to take bigger sips with no pain in my chest but if I i take a larger drink, I get full and it makes me bring up thr fluids and I have to spit it out, I hate to sipp a little at a time and then wait a few seconds to hear a slight gurgle when the fluids go thru to my bigger stomach is this ok when will I get to drink bigger satisfieng sips and not throw them back out....</p>

16 oz bottle of water in a couple of minutes. WOW, I cant wait how many weeks before I can do that.<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

I was able to keep a liittle fluids down into my stomach this morning, I am hoping for a better day tomorrow. Will it be possible to drink at least a 1/2 cup of a drink in a sitting little by little, what is the most that anyone can drink and how many weeks will I have to wait, I miss drinking a cold glass of Water....

The surgeon did mention he placed the biggest band made on me, I am trying to sleep sitting down at angle on my sofa because I cant lay down, I was able to sleep on my back the first 2 days and keep some liquids to go thru but by the third day and fourth yesterday I am in the position I am right now, "MISERABLE"!

<p><p>I called the dr this morning and he saw me right away, he said my band was on tight and the swelling need to go down that I would feel better and just to drink Water, or I can get admitted into the hospital and get an IV and wait for the swelling to go down, I get hickups and my saliva comes up and I have to spit it out, it this normal what can I do, I hate to driknk anything because it just makes me feel real bad.
