Hi Larry- I'll definitely keep in touch with you and let you know what you can expect, since my date is 3 days before yours. Like everyone else, I'm excited and nervous... but mostly, excited. My post-op diet looks a lot like yours. After the surgery, we need to heal... and then we can focus on getting the adequate amount of saline in the band (fills). *I reade everything I can get my hands on... it makes me feel better about the whole thing. It's a big decision - but I'm convinced that it's the right one for me. We can do this.
