hi larry well for me its ben very hard to loose weight due to complications after surgery and just not following the diet and exercise.sometimes its like not having the band i can eat just about everything and any amount so its hard if i could do it all over i would do gastric or the new sleeve....hope you do better than me.....lol mariah
