I am not feeling good today. I think its stress but anyhoo I did my protein shake but I am not hungry at all. I keep falling asleep. I know they say not to skip meals but days like this are inevitable so how do I deal with them.I just want to sleep till tomorrow I'm so tired.

you know you can private message people on here? Just thought I'd share. I noticed you're blowing this thread up with a lot of messages that aren't really for all readers eyes. :-) I thought getting to know people was part of support. And isnt putting our profile and before and after pics part of the experiance, I just needed help on how to do it, The last time you were on you didn't even finish the conversation you were in so why are you just jumpiing in our conversation and judging us. Where have you been since April? You should join in our conversations and then you will understand how it all does include our questions and concerns, info and support for each others weight loss experiance. We would welcome you in our conversation.

I do see Sharon, she does nurition,focus and pre-op and support groups. I had to go to to lee memorial hospital nutrionalist.. thats what I meant about office changes plus the nutrition Sharon gives I know where the calender is, Thanks. I was just wondering. Sharon is great! Very informative and patient. Thanks????

Cococat- Do you know if there is a support group on here from Dr Bass's office? There isn't one on his website and I rarely leave the house right now, well the last few years

I heard now they numb the eyes where you get them tatted

Cococat- Yes there are special places to get eyeliner done. Its costs about $150.00 I think. I was my nail Ladies guinea pig the first time, oh jeezes in 1998 and I got it blue. It started to fade to green so she redid it in 2005 for $100.00 and its starting to fade again. She told me that is normal. And I tolerate tattoo pain well so for me about 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I usually sleep or eat during my tats

Oh my eyeliner is done too..

Justajackie- I want to get a memorial tat for my best friend but I'm not sure if I should wait until after the surgery. If it gets postponed again I don't think I can lol! The last was my Granddaughter's footprints with her name and nickname I gave her. What did you get 2 weeks ago if you don't mind me asking..
