I'm on day 10 of my liquid pre-op diet. I'm officially sick of protein shakes.

I'm supposed to drink 3 protein shakes a day and eat green leafy veggies. (Zero cal dressings okay) I've been in the neighborhood of 500 calories a day. I'm feeling pretty good. And it's nice to see the scale moving again. I'm incredibly pleased with the weight that I've lost since booking my surgery. I was told to lose a minimum of 5% and ideally lose 10%. I've already past 10%.
