I read books, websites, watched you tube, joined here and read some more. I did a countdown few weeks of preparing, getting things in, making sure I had everything for before and after surgery. I did an 18 day pre op liquid only diet (my choice) and read everything again. My surgeon said I was probably the most informed person he'd ever done a sleeve on lol !!

I did everything ukkateuk did plus I started walking 3-4 months ahead of the surgery to improve my over all health and thus aid the in my recovery.
