All I have to say is Girl thank you!!! You hit me right in my face. I'm two years out and still haven't hit my goal and noticed I had gained 10 pounds ( that's a no no) The alcohol is a big thing for me and I so know that this was so meant for me to see. I thank you and know this I believe you can do it. We are struggle at some point but having read this from you has really helped me. Thank you for being brave enough to share your story.

I had an abscess in one incision. Drained constantly was so painful I had to hold my breast on the left side up every time it walked. Constantly had to change bandages and bed sheets when the fluid leaked through the bandage. Took about 3 weeks before I felt semi normal and about 5 before I felt like me again. All the other incisions were fine. It was on my left side and very painful. Antibiotics and pain meds, warm compress and when I had to go out, I wore that thing they give you to wrap around your abdomen and a body shaper.

Hi all, So I have a question I started at 277 and am now at 220 and it will be 18 months in June. I have stalled myself and have decided that I need to reset so to speak. I want to know is it still possible to lose wright 18 months out especially when you feel like you haven't hit your goal. Mine is 185. I welcome any and all advice. I don't think it is too late and I am totally open to listening to all advice. Thanks Danielle
