Hi all just a quick intro of myself. My name is carol and I'm 42 years of age. Had my sleeve done 5 days ago and am feeling ok so far. I have 3 children 15, 13 and 9 and a loving husband. I live on 3 acres with some cattle, sheep, birds and a dog. The house is always full of kids and happiness. I'm looking forward to myself feeling more happy and energetic as the time goes on. Hi all I'm a newbie to this site but already have picked up some good info. I was sleeved 14.4.15 and I'm 5 days out. I'm feeling ok so far. What did everyone start eating after 5 days? What was your diet like?
