    My doc put me on 2week 1200 cal diet. Basically two shakes and a light meal. I have lost 25 lbs in the last 8 weeks. Self imposed liquid diet just to get used to new sleeved life. I did 1 week of 900 calorie/day just to see if I could hack it and for me it was just away to verify what I was about to do was in fact possible. Good luck and congrats on date. I'm may 4th date.

    Had to wait 8 weeks for ulcers to heal (ulcer were from naproxen use) and have endo tomorrow. Has anyone else had any experience?

    Better than boullion is really good also(available at Costco) powerade zero(grape is my fav) gnc total lean for shakes and s/f gello and that's it for me.
