Had my last pre-op meetings on Friday. Clear liquids all day Monday then surgery Tuesday morning. Sure hope I'm not making a mistake. -

I'm May 5th in Orlando. Won't be spending Cinco de mayo with Mickey at the mouse house. -
You new sleevers are amazing! And great role models as well. I'm day 4 of pre-op diet and doing great. Getting used to having the right foods with me is going to be a challenge for me, but I can do it. Be sure not to o er do. Over do.

That's amazing. My sweetie wants to loose about 40 lbs, so he's hoping that my healthy eating will help him too. We even joked last night that I'll be eating off his plate more often than not soon.

Had my food funeral today. Husband took me to Longhorns for a ribeye. Tomorrow starts pre-op diet and thus begins the countdown. Thanks to all of you for your encouragement and support.

Hey Beach gal! Sorry to hear of the loss of your father in law. Hope you and your family can cherish the memories of him for many years to come. Congratulations on being so close to having the surgery behind you. I live just outside of the Villages but I'm familiar with Mayo in Jax & it's a great facility.

I've been following you all for a couple of weeks. I'm 59 and will be starting my 2 week pre-op diet in 2 days. My date is 5/5. I'm excited & nervous. I'm 5-11 and starting weight of 296, now at 291. Couldn't stand the thought of breaking the 300 mark and now I won't. You're a neat group of ladies & I'm so glad to have found you.

May 5th. Is it really possible to be excited and nervous? Start pre-op diet in 4 ore days.
