Anna, did you manage to get any information on this? My invoice shows that I am entitled to life long support and I certainly wasn't informed that it had been cut-off. I just started looking for information about getting my band removed and saw your post. Now, obviously, I am quite concerned. I was banded Feb 2008. Gail
