    I eat veggies and cottage cheese beans and shakes! I get around 80-90 grams of protien! Maybe it's a head hunger issue I just have to keep ignoring it

  7. I'm so hungry! It just started yesterday I thought it was head hunger so I continued on with broth and jello and crystal light trying to ignore it. I've had crazy dreams about food the past two nights. This is horrible I'm starving! I pray it gets better. I stopped all the sugar free crap today thinking it's causing cravings bad cravings so I'm sipping broth and water only from here on out! Or at least till Monday when I can start my protein shakes!! I just had a mini melt down. Hoping the hunger subsides! I had unrealistic expectations that I just wouldn't be hungry:( On the upside I'm having very little to no pain at all and the scale is moving down a few pounds at a time and my energy levels are ok. I'm staying hydrated I have no issues drinking 2-3 liters of water a day so no headaches or dehydration symptoms!

    I was like that also!!! It went away once I started purée foods! I think it's a symptom of just being hungry!!! It gets better I was so restless evil grumpy and cried all the time! I promise it goes away!!!

  10. I'm 30yo. My BMI is lower than some getting sleeved but I qualify so I'm scheduled June 8th. I have a apple shape most of my weight is in my breast stomach and back. Also my face is rounder since I got the 200 mark. Anyone else with similar stats get sleeved??? How's you weight loss and body shape been doing!? Let me know
  11. Hey are you sipping Water? Does it make you nauseated? Some people are doing well with caffeine free green tea they say the warm is easier to sip and doesn't make them nauseated. I just drink water all day. I get 3-4 liters down with no issues and have since about day 6 or 7. I drank a gallon a day before the sleeve though I'm a big water drinker. I literally sip all day from the time I wake up till I go to bed and I pee 100 times. Hope it gets better for you!

    protein shake suggestions?

    Premier chocolate with coco PB2 and ice in the blender. I also add 2 scoops of low carb isopure protein powder for 50 extra gms protein! 80 gms protein total I sip it all day stays cold for a while then I put it back I fridge. Wait a couple hours and sip some more. Taste like Reese! Like a milkshake. So good! Low fat low carb low calorie! It's perfect!

    Lying to feel better?!?

    Lol this is funny to me! I think people think because they lost 50lbs they look good! Not always the case they may need to loose 50 more but they just see the improvement not the current look. I've also noticed people who loose weight don't know how to dress their new bodies. Bless their hearts I hope if I look a fool someone will tell me!!!! I ask my mom all the time how fat I look and she always says pretty fat still lol so I change! Thank goodness for honesty!
  14. When I need a boost I go back to just protein shakes and water for a day or so!!! It's a good way to get back in the swing of things!

    It could also be a symptom of reflux. The acid burns the esophagus and can feel like something's sticks! Try liquid antacids and see if that elucidates it a bit!? Gaviscon works wonders!

    Help carb over load.

    You can always go back to clears with a few protein shakes a day! That's my plan if I get off track. Start back with broths and water and protein shakes! Sounds terrible I know but I'm hoping it can give me that boost I need when I get in a bad place!
  17. What do your NUTs say about carb limits? Mine is 30gm I just wanted to see what everyone else is doing?

  21. I use pb2 with coco and premier in the blender with a little ice and it taste like a Reese's frosty!!!! Soooooo good!!! I add 2 scoops of ISOpure which is 50 gms protein plus 20 from the shake 70 gms protein and yummy! I've also been drinking the broth from wonton soup and egg drop soup they are super yummy and very low cal!

    Help! Attack of Head Hunger!

    Stop all sugar free jello and Popsicles etc... As soon as I stopped all sugar free stuff I stopped being hungry! Sugar free products causes cravings!

    Day 2 post op

    Good!!! Down from 207 to 188! Day 12! Hunger is moderate since I stopped sugar free crap I have way less cravings and less hunger! Broth based soups and protein shakes is pretty much all I eat! I'm getting 70 gms of protein a day and drinking 3-4 liters of water I sip sip sip all day! My incisions are healing really nice! My energy levels are touch and go I feel good right now and want to workout but I know it's to soon!
