Hi my name is Rhonda and I am almost two weeks out from having my gastric sleeve. I am still extremly new and learning more and more about this living changing procedure that I have gone through. It has been a long journey to get to this point. I have been overweight my entire life and have been trying to lose weight since the birth of my two kids who are now 15 and 12. I had tried everything to lose weight and have been unsucessful. I started this journey is the summer of 2013 and stopped because I was scared to change my life that drastic. I tried for a year to lose weight and was unsuccessful. I restarted my journey once again in the summer of 2014. I am still recovering from my surgery and I am feeling better every day and taking this one thing a day at a time. I joined cause I have questions and I would like to talk to someone who has been there.
