This weeks weight: 224, no change in weight but I lost some inches so still a victory in my eyes

I want to join here are my weigh ins January 4: 227, January 11: 224 my goal 199

I took four pregnancy test today and they all came back positive. I am excited and scared at the same time since I am considered a high risk patient. All my pregnancy were high risk. So I guess it's time to look for a doc that specializes in this case.

I won't make my goal for this challenge but I'm glad I'm still losing weight 227.5

5 months out and I've lost 75 lbs. this surgery saved my life my heart is at 45% and before the surgery it was only working 40% not only am I losing the weight but my heart is improving as well. I am extremely blessed and only because of my Heavenly Father. Merry Christmas everyone.

As a Christian myself I encourage you to tell your church members that you had surgery. God has a perfect plan for you and this surgery was a part of that plan so you should praise God for it and show the member that as well. I know for myself the church member were an encouragement to me and would always tell me that if it is in Gods will it will happen. And it did within two months of putting the application inIi got surgery. God opened the door for me and you to get this surgery and take good care of the body he lend us.

hi, I'm 25 years old and I got surgery on July 17 surgery weight was 307 and I'm 5'8" my current weight is 234 I'm down 73 lbs. my skin is a little loose but, it all depends on the elasticity of your skin everyone is different and gets different results. Drink your 64 oz. or more a day and when you get cleared for exercise do lots of weight training. Also look at your mother and grandmother skin do they have loose skin? My doctor said loose skin is also genetic. Good look and hope everything works out for you.

I think I've a stall... I've been the same weight for three weeks 238.0 I'm not prepared for the holidays smh????

I am very thankful for my stall only because I can get back to my normal routine, because I'm losing weight fast my energy levels go down the drain. I can barely lift a my arms to tie my hair. The doctor said it is normal and to continue taking my protein and vitamin, but even though I've only stalled once I'm thankful that my body can catch up to the weight loss

Hello everyone, I had surgery on the 17th of July. My surgery weight was 307.9 and my current weight is 241.0. I'm almost down 70lbs. and feel great. I am completely obsessed with eating light string cheese and fear that it might slow down my weight loss. Also was wondering if you guys have any recipes that you would like to share with me. I am a very picky eater and have to have some taste the food before I eat it. Just trying to get some help since I don't have a nutritionist.
