I'm trying to stay between 800-1000 daily. It's hard especially with the calorie content of meat. But it's possible. Good luck with your journey.

I finally have lost 100 lbs!! I am so thrilled and happy I had this surgery. In the beginning I was unsure about being a success story but I did it. I'm still losing weight I hope to continue, I still want to lose 30 to reach my personal goal. Thank You Dr. Khaitain !!!!

Congrats. I also was over 300. I have lost 102lbs so far and I'm just so thrilled. In the beginning it was very difficult due to taking my meds, but once that was taken care of I started losing weight on a reg basis. I hit a couple stall periods but I ate more and exercised more to get me passed it. How's everyone doing??

I was sleeved 2/26/15 I have currently lost 102 lbs Best thing I could have ever done for myself. I'm thrilled for the fact I no longer have to wear stretch waste band pants. Yay. I also can get around and do my own shopping. How are you doing?? -
I was just wondering if anyone's surgeon told them not to eat pasta bread and rice. I see a lot of people eating these items. I'm not going to eat them I was just curious.

vickylg replied to shaqkhi's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I'm actually spending more money because my hubby won't eat the foods I cook he says he wants his pasta and breads. Lol I eat a lot of meats and veggies. -
I've been using this app to make sure I get all my protein in and to watch my calorie intake. Anyone else using this app to help them along??

I am almost 4 months out and it appears my weight loss has stalled. I'm not doing anything different then before I'm getting very discouraged. I have lost 72lbs and need to lose 60 more. Maybe I will switch up my exercise and see if that will help. Anyone else stalled with there weight loss?
