@@sleeved2015, I just started mine today. My surgery is scheduled for May 12th. It's not so bad so far. I was already drinking a Protein shake every morning for Breakfast, and a low carb/low cal frozen meal for lunch. Just have to substitute dinner for a Protein Shake. My energy level is what I am most concerned about. Going from 1480 calories to no more than 900. Whew! I might not be a very pleasant person to be around over the course of the next two weeks! -
