I was banded in 2001 at 319 lbs. I have had problems off and on with the band, being able to eat anything as well as throwing up everything. I have been down to 219 with the help of low carb/low sugar diet. I am sitting around 250 but my port is no longer accessible. I did a lot of work with insurance and was approved for the bAnd to sleeve revision. Pre op visit is Thursday April 23rd. Nervous and excited. I hope I can get to goal weight. Happy to have found support group.
