    Hi All, I am 2 days post op from having lap band surgery. My question is this. I sip my Protein shakes, but after 2 or 3 sips, I feel so bloated I am miserable. I force myself to finish the shake since it is my source of protein. Is this normal or is the band possibly too tight?
