  1. I was sleeved April 14, 2015. I lost 22 lbs in the first 2 weeks. I am now 4 weeks out and I haven't lost anymore weight. Will I ever start losing again? I walk and jog for 1 hour 3-4 Times a week. I don't think I get the whole 60g protein and all the water I'm supposed to because I get full but I do get kind of close to the recommended amounts. I'm scared I will b a sleeve fail.

    Another problem I have is that I don't like yogurt, tried them all. I know I'm not getting enough protein because I have to force myself to drink the shakes and soups. Thanks for the help.

    Tired of protein shakes!

    Thanks so much everyone who replied. I'm taking it one hour at a time at this point. I'm going to go to the store right now for soup and unflavored protein powder. I know it will make such a big difference. I'm very excited for my journey and I can't wait to see the big results. Good luck to all that are also on this journey to health!!
  6. I am 4 days post-op. I know I need the protein but I am getting so tired of the shakes. Are there any alternatives I can have to get my protein in throughout the day?
  7. I was sleeved yesterday 4/14/15, and my stomach is so sore. How long will this soreness last?

  9. I was sleeved yesterday and I slept on my back last night. I sleep better on my side but I don't know if that's a good position to sleep in right now. Any suggestions?
