Had the sleeve on 4/8; I started the pre-op diet in February since my husband was having his surgery first. I lost 38 pounds on pre-op diet and last week broke the 50 pound mark! This is something I should have done years ago! So excited with the new me, new energy and ability to do things I haven't done in years. -

I am a week out from my Bypass, I want to hear from you all, HONESTLY , do any of you regret doing this? I know how I feel BUT.....

I am four days sleeve post-op and feeling great. The one struggle I'm finding is fluid retention. I'm drinking plenty of clear liquids and have actually increased 10 pounds-has anybody else experienced this? I am not a salter so I know that's not the problem.
