ull b there b4 u know it once i get in the gym like im suppose to ill lose more a little faster but my time flew by so fast i wasn't even noticing my weight loss till id step on the scale thank u verrrrrryyyyy much!!! -

Today marks my 3 months post op. And for the past week I feel like I've gained weight my body feels real jiggly my next doctor's appointment isn't till July 15th I'm just really worried that I gained some weight back

i sure hope so this is an emotional rollercoaster here and the only time i weigh myself is when my doctor does is to avoid disappointment i dont even own a scale -

My body has been extremely drowsy especially in the morning time to the point where it's really hard for me to get out the bed is that normal ? 2 months 2 weeks. Post op -
i love the way u put that my mind is behind schedule yes indeed my friend my belly jelly is hanging on to dear life which keeps me still very shy and insecure

It might sound crazy but sometimes when I look in the mirror I don't see change but when I look at pictures I'm like Wow slowly but surely 320 my biggest now 220 sleeved March 23rd 2015 pre surgery pic is from dec 2014 weighed 280 . weight day of surgery 268

Lol ppl are so judgie it cracks me up i knew they would come for me, everybody's an expect i see, and i only had a few sips wtf!!! hey don't feel bad it is very hard to go cold turkey after years of enjoying something that was so comforting to us and that's why I put call the Bariatric police because some people are so fuckin judgemental like has anybody honestly been 100% perfect in their journey please tell me who have no shame in my game to hell with the rest of them ✌ -

Im still really sore on my large incision and left incision when i bend over it hurts i have to hold my stomach also when i laugh it hurts is that normal? Im about 7 weeks post op sleeved 3.23
