Hello I'm linda I get where I'm so dissapointed seems like I give up alot but don't move ahead in my weight loss jurney I had Surgery June 1st and am down 32 lbs but I gained 2 back the biggest problem I'm having is except ancestors it's hard to believe I can do this I hope you have luck on your jurney

Hello I am 66 I don't worry about how look I'm more concerned about my health it's not healthy to worry but I will tell you it's not two weeks until tomorrow and I'm down 18 lbs and I am amazed out how much easier it is for me to walk I weigh 300 and down to 282 very worth it -
