Hello! I'm a week out went in and he told me I'm not doing enough protein. What happens if your not getting protein in?

I'm barely able to drink half of the box so maybe 15gm a day

I think the best for me is when I start feeling that way I will take a drive or do something to change my thought... sorry hope it gets better for you

I start my pre-op diet in the AM!! I'm so nervous.... Any helpful tips?

I'm only allowed liquid. I'm suppose to have 78g of protein but only can have shakes, broth water or tea. I just feel fatigued slight headache but not bad.

I have surgery at 10am have to be there by 8! It's 2 hrs away so we have to be on the road early -

I'm officially scheduled for September 3rd I'm so nervous and excited

I'm new to this, My insurance is covering everything but my Dr wants me to do an ultrasound of abdomen, EGD, Sleep study which I do the end of this month. Any tips on the process would be greatly appreciated?? Also I'm super nervous about the pre-op liquid diet he is having me do and the month following the surgery. How long did you have to stay off of work after the surgery?
