I am eating hard boiled eggs hummus, refried beans w/a little taco meat with cheese, grilled or baked chicken or fish, oatmeal, almond butter, Egg whites with cheese and spinach, turkey sausage, peanut butter, steamed veggies (I try to stay away from the carby ones). Lots of cream soups (chicken, mushroom, or celery) and I use beef or chicken broth and add chicken, turkey or whatever you desire. It is hearty and at times when my tummy seems unsetteled it helps. Also sugar free jello, jello pudding and popsickles. I have looking at other sites Pinterest for other bariatric recipies and options that I will try over the weekend. Its hard, some days I hardly am able to get anything in just liquids and a small amountof solids.
