I went before I drove to her house today and she lives 15 minutes away and by the time I got there I felt like I was gonna burst. Lol -

Idk why either. It is a little process even after your last nutrition visit, but not two months. Yes definitely call and ask maybe. My last nutrition visit was September 9 th and I'm in a very large group having surgery and I'm the last. Mine is October 28th. But only because there were so many that unusually finished at the same time. Good luck! You will not regret this!! -

Pre op surgery diet is hard!

My Drs office had 7 of us finish at same time (which is unusual) and started all of us on the pre op liquid diet together. Since so many of us I'm the last one and ends up am on it for 27 days. The first 5 days were difficult, but it's gotten so easy now. My surgery is on the 28th! Only 10 more days now! Then two weeks after more on it. Piece of cake! Snap snap! Lol -

I am in 10 days! October the 28 th!! My surgery is in Ashland, KY with Dr Tompkins also at Kings Daughters Medical Center. It's also a Center for Excellence. -

Yes I haven't peed so much in my life either! Told my best friend today I wish I had a nickel for every time cause I'd be getting rich as much as I go on this diet. Lol. And by the time I have surgery on the 28th I will have been on it 27 days too because of the office starting a group of us at one time. -

Awesome! I've lost 19 lbs myself and am walking 4 miles a day. I was on a cane just 3 months ago because of having 5 back surgeries. Feeling awesome!! -

Mine was set for October 28th. There was 7 ppl finished at the same time so later in month than I thought. But that's ok -

I lost 19 lbs in two months before I started this diet from walking , having a shake for breakfast, and watching what I ate. I almost lost too much. My pre op visit last week my Dr said he isn't going to report my weight the day of surgery because last week I was only 1 1/2 lbs from not qualifying anymore. I only have 65 lbs to get to my goal weight of 125 lbs now. I was never 100 lbs over but have 3 co morbities -
My surgery is October 28th . I'm 47 yrs old, bw 219 nw 204 gw 125. Can't wait to get this party kickstarted! Been walking 3-4 miles a day now too. Gonna start going to the gym after surgery also. Very motivated!!
