It seems as though others still eat a really small amount. I watch what and how much I eat but Damn, this has me worried. And I'm in the midst of a plateau to boot! Thank you all for your responses

I can't help but feel like I can eat a lot. Granted it is not nearly as much as I used to but I can definitely eat a full cup of food. I don't feel pressure or full and I could definitely eat more but I stop myself. I also feel real hunger, not just head hunger, real hunger! Is anybody else experiencing this?

This is me just under 4 months post op and 38lbs down. I'm losing 8-9lbs a month and I'm happy with that. I used the body progress app.

How did you know your internal suture popped? Turns out it didn't pop I had just disrupted the big suture. My surgeon said it just happens to some people. It literally feels like you're being stabbed in the gut. Anyhow I'm glad they didn't have to open me back up!

what do you do for exercise? What is your diet like?

Hi! I was sleeved on 5/6 had some serious set backs along the way (allergy to meds put me back into the hospital & internal suture popped) so I was out of commission for the first 2 weeks. Here it is 6/2 and I'm 15lbs down. I've had a stall over the past week but I'm hoping that passes. I meet with the surgeon on Thursday and I'm hoping he clears me for more exercise besides walking. 5/6 233 6/2 218

It's been about an hour and I don't feel a thing! Thank god. It's certainly easy to forget some of the simplest things....

I'm at a little under 1 month post op, I experience the same thing. I chalk it up to being full so I stop eating all together. I see that as my trigger to stop and the walk around a little bit to let it work it's way down. It goes away in 5 min or so.

I'm getting close to a month post op and after a VERY active day I said, screw it I'm having this half cup of pasta, it's soft, I haven't had any carbs today....... After eating it hit me, "Shit, this is going to expand." Is this going to hurt?????

I get them after I drink too much too! AND I had a hiatal hernia repair. I'm starting to think that has a lot to do with it. I also can't really burp but then if I eat something I can feel it push up gasses and it produces a burp. Are you experiencing that too?

I didn't lose a single lb on my one week pre op liquid diet. I was 100% compliant and even the surgeon was puzzled. But that's why I got the surgery, my body just doesn't like to lose weight. The good news is, I'm 15 days post op and 13lbs down. No complaints here :-)

This is such a great question, now you've got me thinking. This is going to take a while, thank you for proving the thought

I feel like my chest gets a little tight and I lose interest in my food, then I hiccup. I'm done. I also make sure to measure as I too have learned to torture that is that one bite too much. You don't want to go there. Just listen to your body it will let you know :-)

I'm experiencing something similar but on my right side. Is your pain in an area where there was a suture?
