    My surgery is on May 14th... I'm doing the optifast is alright... But this is my third day I'm hungry but I have been away from the kitchen..... Is a challenge they said after the 4th day it will improve let's see tomorrow... I'm going to school and work, and I don't know how I'm going to make it for this 2 weeks ????

    I think is by the doctor, but I have a fatty liver due to my high triglycerides... So he can lift my liver easily while doing the surgery... This is my day 3 on the diet and is a challenge but I got to do it for my self

    And is because it does interfere with the anesthesia... So is better be off... This is my 2nd day on the diet only 800 calories base in checks, soups and bars... Is call optifast... Is difficult but I really want to this...
