hey everyone I'm new to the group. My name is chantell I had VSG on 3/17/15. So far I have lost 20 pounds which I am happy. I've struggled with weight loss & pcos. My goal is to get healthy and have a family one day. I am struggling with getting in my protein & water in everyday it's hard.- 1 reply
