I would like to thank you for your professional team. Frist I would like to talk about big Robert. From the moment he picked me up he was amazing, making me feel so very comfortable. He was full of information and it felt as though he was a life friend picking me up. He is an asset to your team going out of his way to make me feel confident about my desion. He is one of a kind I miss him already. Second person who made my trip a treat was juan. He is kind and a real jem, he kept the house clean and dealt with everyone of my needs. He was always there to order soup or anything I needed. What a stand up fellow. Then your doctors well what can I say. Dr Luna stepped over and above in my mind. He came to my bed side and helpped me through the most hardest night. I will forever remember this life changing experience. You all hold a very special place in my heart please know that. I am so happy with Dr Zavalza he is a kind and very skilled sergon. He came to spend time with me after my surgery and didnt rush our meeting at all. I felt so safe in him hands. The hospital was clean and the staff spoke English so I never once felt uncomfortable . I want to say I recived better care in Mexico than I have recived in Canada and thats the truth. Good luck in all that Bariatricpal has planed in the future. Forever friends Jen Calla
