Hmm...I think it is about 7-8 hours (I haven't been since March '06). Niceville is smack dab between Pensacola and Panama City near the coast.

i am getting alittle up tight now. i know in just a few days i become banded. it would help to know what others felt before surgery. also how healing went? what it was like waking up to this new life before us? yikes ! i am happy. but i feel could really do with friends who have been there. celeste -
