I reach 318 pound before I was banded in June 2010. I lost about 90 pounds with the band and exercise, but really got sick of vomiting. I retired and moved to Colorado to begin a second career. After about 8 months here, the band stopped working. I had 2 surgeries to fuse my big toe and had a total knee replacement. I gained a ton of weight during this time. I met with my new doctor, changed insurance and am hoping to get the band out and have a full on bypass in August or Sept.
