My boyfriend is a very talented hobby Mediterranean Chef from Malta. He has kindly adjusted every recipe in the house for me , including pizza. He takes my favorite pizza toppings and bakes them inside a half of an eggplant and mixes the eggplant mashed up in the tomato sauce.

He has also used a meatloaf recipe and shaped that into a crust. Just get creative. There are a lot of querky things you can do to your old favorites.

I've made the chicken finger so far and loooooove them. Now I'm on to pizza and a recipe for Ooopsie bread I found on Pinterest.
